Join us for ARU’s University Open Day! 📅 Date: Saturday 14th November 2026 ⏰ Time: Various shifts available between 09:00 - 14:00 📍 Location: Peterborough Campus 💰 Pay: £13.45 per hour What is the Open Day? This exciting event gives potential students a first-hand experience of life at ARU! They’ll explore the campus, dive deeper into their chosen course, meet future classmates, and hear directly from our students about what it’s like to study here.

Your Role

You'll be a key part of the Corporate Marketing team , helping to make the event engaging, smooth, and welcoming for all visitors!

Your responsibilities

✅ Greeting and checking in visitors – be the friendly face that sets the tone for the day! ✅ Assisting with event setup – help create a seamless and inviting atmosphere. ✅ Directing and guiding guests – make sure visitors can easily navigate the campus. ✅ Answering general questions – share your ARU experience and help future students feel at home.

✅ Gathering feedback – help us make future events even better ✅ Supporting visitors in the car park – ensure a stress-free arrival experience. REQUIREMENTS

You must be a current ARU Peterborough student Be proactive Have excellent communication skills and be polite, helpful and engaging Have a good knowledge of Peterborough Campus

On the day you will be provided with a Student Ambassador T-Shirt and lanyard. Those working outside will be given a hoodie or High-vis jacket. If outside, please make sure you wear warm clothing and suitable footwear. Before you work, you will be given a campus map and an overview brief to read to ensure you are fully aware of what will be happening on the day This is your chance to meet new people, talk about your course, faculty and your student experience at ARU #ARUProud
