Residential Support Worker – Children’s Services
- Tranent Pay: £15.07–£16.68 per hour (including holiday pay) Flexible shifts | part-time and full-time hours Be the reason a child feels safe, supported, and heard. You’ll: Build positive relationships based on trust and respect Encourage independence and daily routines Support emotional regulation and behaviour management Be a steady, caring presence — someone they can count on What we’re looking for 6+ months of full‑time care experience (in the last 3 years) At least 3 months’ experience working with children or young people (in the last 3 years) Registration: Applicants in Scotland, Wales, or Northern Ireland will require the relevant registration (e.g., SSSC, SCW, NISSC). Not applicable in England.
