Executive VD (ID 1270)

Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with transport vendors and service partners. Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely availability of vehicles and smooth logistics operations. Monitor vendor performance, service quality, and adherence to company standards. Handle vendor communication regarding operational issues, billing, and service updates.

Support customer service and operations teams in resolving delivery and transportation concerns. Maintain vendor records, agreements, and operational documentation accurately. Track shipment status and coordinate with vendors for timely updates and issue resolution. Assist in negotiating rates and ensuring cost-effective logistics operations.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures. Generate reports related to vendor performance, operational efficiency, and service quality.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Good communication and negotiation skills. Basic understanding of logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations preferred. Ability to coordinate effectively with vendors, customers, and internal teams. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment. Prior experience in logistics, vendor management, customer service, or operations will be an added advantage. Willingness to travel locally if required for vendor coordination activities.
