Logistics Coordinator

• Location: Las Palmas What will your day at GAC look like? Coordinate the clearance and delivery of commercial cargo shipments to and from offshore assets in Las Palmas. Check documentation accuracy Coordinate with government authorities and service providers throughout the process. Liaise with shipping lines, airlines, suppliers and port agents. Monitor shipments and follow up on operational requirements. Coordinate materials for customers’ port calls and projects. What are we looking for? Experience: At least two years of proven experience in the logistics, port, maritime or energy sector, including operations coordination, maritime spares and documentation. Technical knowledge: Understanding of import and export processes, logistics coordination, local port protocols, and local, national and international shipping and logistics regulations. Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to plan, organize, work under pressure and follow up on operations. Languages: Fluent Spanish and intermediate to advanced English preferred. Other requirements: Availability to work rotating shifts or according to operational demands. What's in it for you?
