Partner & Client Services Officer – Belgian market

You work in the LPS department (Assurance en Libre Prestation de Service) who offers International Life Insurance. The Partner & Client Services department takes care of all general customer (private clients and business partners) inquiries and operational activities. You will work in a multicultural and open-minded team with a very good spirit. With your 10 other colleagues, you will evolve in a dynamic and international environment.

In this role, you will participate in the relationship and administrative management of daily operations on contracts of Belgian, German and Dutch residents. More specifically, you will :

Minimum BAC +3 (economics, management and/or financial orientation or equivalent); Experience in a similar position, ideally in the financial or insurance sector is an advantage; Deep knowledge of the LPS business is a clear advantage; Fluency in Dutch, French and English, both written and spoken; Very strong customer orientation; Commitment and autonomy: ability to take charge of problems, strength and proactivity; Excellent organizational skills; Rigorous, structured and reliable; Excellent team spirit, availability and flexibility; Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
