Our Home Care Workers support our clients with personalised services and meaningful activities that promote their health, happiness, independence, and individual lifestyle choices. These include: Personal care assistance, such as showering and personal hygiene needs Assistance to continue to live well and positively (e.

g. transport to appointments, shopping, house cleaning and meal preparation) Social connection and companionship This is a casual position based in the inner North Perth suburbs
