Hiring: Investment Banking Manager (Buy-Side & Sell-Side) ? Location: Mumbai ? Experience: 3+ Years We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Investment Banking Manager to lead end-to-end transactions across buy-side and sell-side mandates, with a strong focus on the startup ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Identify, evaluate, and execute startup investment opportunities ✅ Conduct market research, financial analysis, valuation, and due diligence ✅ Lead fundraising and M&A mandates for startups ✅ Prepare investor-facing materials including pitch decks, teasers, IMs, and financial models ✅ Build and maintain relationships with VC Funds, Family Offices, Angel Networks, and Strategic Investors ✅ Drive investor discussions, negotiations, and successful deal closures ✅ Manage the complete transaction lifecycle from origination to closure ✅ Coordinate due diligence, documentation, and stakeholder management ✅ Mentor analysts and associates while ensuring high-quality execution Requirements: ✔ 3+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Startup Fundraising, or M&A ✔ Strong exposure to startup investing and fundraising transactions ✔ Proven track record of working with VCs, Family Offices, and Strategic Investors ✔ Expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and deal execution ✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills ✔ Strong network within the startup and investor ecosystem ?
