Benefits Supervisor

At imi, our employees are the foundation of our success. The Benefits Supervisor plays a key operational and leadership role in delivering comprehensive health, wellness, and retirement benefits to our workforce across multi-state operating divisions. Reporting directly to the Benefits Manager, this role leads a team of 3 Benefits Specialists and serves as the primary subject-matter expert for all employee benefits programs, administration systems, and related processes.
