Job Responsibilities

Assist Product Managers to develop, revamp and update secured lending products to meet different financial needs of targeted customers Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support business develeopment and business operation Conduct analysis on business performance and evaluate programs’ effectiveness Conduct periodic product review to ensure the product design and process are strictly adhere to regulatory guidelines and internal policies Prepare, support and provide trainings to branch front line staff in order to strengthen their understanding about retail loan products Job Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.

g. Finance, Business Adminsitration, Marketing or related discipline) Minimum 2 years experience in retail banking, familiar in secured lending business Creative and good business acumen with excellent product management skills Proficient in spoken and written Chinese (including Mandarin) and English Interested parties, please click "Apply Now" for application.
