Substitute Teacher

SUBSTITUTE TEACHER SUBSTITUTE TEACHER CALLOWAY COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION POSITION: SUBSTITUTE TEACHER CLASSIFICATION: SUBSTITUTE MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Must have an Associate’s degree or higher.
2. Must have Kentucky certification. REPORTS TO: Principal JOB GOAL: To assist when main leader is absent. PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITES:
3. Maintain, control, and manage appropriate student behavior.
4. Report any disciplinary issues to Principal and Director of Special Education.
5. Maintain assigned schedule.
6. Notifies the proper authority in case of student absence or lateness.
7. Arrive punctually for all assigned duties.
8. Act in accordance with the by-law and policies as set forth by the Calloway County Board of Education, Kentucky Revised Statutes, and Kentucky Administrative Regulations.
9. Take all necessary and reasonable precautions to protect students, equipment, materials, and facilities.
10. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
