Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Report business performance and project development progress. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields.

At least 5 years of experience in project sales, preferably in the steel or construction industry. Excellent negotiation and communication skills in both English and Vietnamese. Proven experience in developing and managing project-based customers. Ability to work independently and drive sales growth. Willingness to travel for business purposes.
