26-66 User Research Analyst (Regular, Fulltime)

The User Research Analyst designs and conducts product, market and user research, using best practices, aimed at supporting the design, implementation and development of effective business transformation products, digital programs, and other initiatives. This role will have a specific focus on supporting business transformation projects by leading client recruitment, engagement and discovery initiatives to support system changes and rollouts.

Works with internal and external stakeholders to translate, communicate and apply research findings into action to improve adoption/compliance and safety outcomes in British Columbia.
