Partner Development Manager - Iberia

The Platform Partnerships team drives merchant acquisition through indirect, scalable distribution channels. We are currently looking for a Partner Development Manager to develop and manage partnerships across Spain and Portugal. In this highly commercial and hands-on role, you will identify, develop, and manage partnerships that generate new merchant opportunities and accelerate our growth across both the SMB and Enterprise segments.

What you’ll be doing: Identifying and prospecting potential strategic partners across Spain and Portugal, building a strong and diversified partner pipeline Developing relationships with decision-makers across technology platforms, software providers, agencies, integrators, and other ecosystem partners Building and executing joint go-to-market initiatives, including referrals, integrations, co-selling, events, and other commercial activities Working with internal Product and Technical teams to facilitate integrations and ensure partnerships are successfully launched Taking partnerships from initial conversation through to launch, and growing the commercial value of existing relationships Represent Antom and Multi.

Safepay at relevant industry events, conferences and partner meetings What you’ll need: 2+ years of experience in business development or partnerships, ideally within payments, tech, or retail and travel platforms Strong business development & B2B platform partnerships knowledge The ability to understand new technology and communicate effectively with both commercial and technical stakeholders An established network within key industries such as retail, travel, and e-commerce Fluency in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus) What you’ll get from us: A competitive salary with comprehensive private health insurance Opportunities for professional growth A diverse role within a dedicated international team of enthusiastic colleagues
