What You'll Do

As a Leasing Consultant, you'll play a key role in showcasing our community and helping prospective residents find the perfect place to call home.

Responsibilities include

Touring the community and apartment homes with prospective residents Building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service Assisting with the application and leasing process Preparing move-in documentation and lease paperwork Following up with prospects and generating leases Responding to resident inquiries and assisting with resident retention Supporting community outreach and marketing efforts Helping maintain a welcoming, professional leasing office environment What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will have: A minimum of 3 years of apartment leasing experience A proven track record in sales, customer service, hospitality, or relationship building Strong communication and organizational skills The ability to multitask and work independently while contributing to a team environment Weekend availability A valid driver's license and reliable transportation A positive attitude and a "can-do" approach to challenges The desire to learn, grow, and develop professionally Why Join Pedcor Homes?
