You’ll support people to stay independent in their own homes and be a trusted part of a close-knit, local team. ✨ You’ll help with: πŸ’§ Providing personal care with dignity and respect – bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming πŸ’Š Assisting with medication – preparation and administration 🚢 Helping with mobility – and using aids/equipment safely 🍲 Preparing meals/snacks – and offering mealtime support 🧺 Carrying out light domestic duties – laundry, making beds, light cleaning πŸ’¬ Offering companionship and reassurance – building meaningful relationships ✨ You’ll also: 🀝 Encourage social engagement and family connections πŸ‘€ Monitor health and report any changes to healthcare professionals and family πŸ“ Maintain accurate documentation of care provided πŸ›‘οΈ Respond to emergencies safely and effectively 🧩 Work collaboratively with families and the wider care team 🦸 What We’re Looking For We are looking for experienced female care professionals who are ready to hit the ground running and bring their expertise to our wonderful clients.
