Youβll support people to stay independent in their own homes and be a trusted part of a close-knit, local team. β¨ Youβll help with: π§ Providing personal care with dignity and respect β bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming π Assisting with medication β preparation and administration πΆ Helping with mobility β and using aids/equipment safely π² Preparing meals/snacks β and offering mealtime support π§Ί Carrying out light domestic duties β laundry, making beds, light cleaning π¬ Offering companionship and reassurance β building meaningful relationships β¨ Youβll also: π€ Encourage social engagement and family connections π Monitor health and report any changes to healthcare professionals and family π Maintain accurate documentation of care provided π‘οΈ Respond to emergencies safely and effectively π§© Work collaboratively with families and the wider care team π¦Έ What Weβre Looking For We are looking for experienced female care professionals who are ready to hit the ground running and bring their expertise to our wonderful clients.
