Job Description: Learning Leader

As a Learning Leader, you willeducate, inspire, motivate, and mentorour Future Professionals-students embarking on careers in the beauty and wellness industry. You'll bring your creativity and expertise todeliver exceptional learning experiencesthroughobjective-based education (O.B.E.), mini classes, and engaging learning centers.

You'll help shape the next generation of beauty professionals in a dynamic, fast-paced, and supportive learning environment, combining classroom instruction with real-world, hands-on salon experiences.

The ideal candidate is a licensed professional educatorwith strong salon experience, enthusiasm for thePaul Mitchell culture and products, and a genuine dedication tostudent success. You are acollaborative team player who communicates with confidence, demonstrates professionalism, and serves as a positive role model for our Future Professionals.

We're looking for someone who thrives on teaching creative techniques,developing professional and soft skills, andhelping others reach their full potential.

Skills / Competencies Required

• Current NJ Cosmetology License (Required)

• Prior instructional or teaching experience in a cosmetology school

• Salon experience with proven technical expertise in hair, skin, and makeup

• Strong leadership,mentorship, andcoaching abilities

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills

• Skilled in team leadership,student supervision, and outcome tracking

• Solid work historywithverifiable references

• Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, anda genuine passion for education and the beauty industry

Schedule

Monday - Thursday, 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM (Part-time evening teaching schedule)
