Warehouse Data Entry Clerk

Direct Mail Solutions (DMS), a leading full-service mail and logistics company based in Richmond, VA, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Data Entry Clerk to join our Warehouse team. If you have warehouse experience, strong computer skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this opportunity is for you!

Pay: $16/Hourly

Position Overview:

As a Warehouse Data Entry Clerk, you'll help keep warehouse operations running smoothly by accurately tracking, labeling, and processing mail materials using computerized inventory systems.

What You'll Do:

• Check in and label incoming warehouse materials.
• Print tickets and slips using the warehouse inventory database.
• Run warehouse reports and maintain accurate records.
• Operate computerized inventory systems and general office equipment.
• Work with team members to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
• Be available for overtime as needed.

Qualifications:

• At least one year of warehouse experience.
• Familiarity with warehouse inventory systems and programs.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience using printers, scanners, and other office equipment.

Schedule:

Full-Time Position

Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
