Deposit Accounting Specialist

The Deposit Accounting Specialist is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of deposit accounting for former residents across First. Key Homes' national portfolio. This role performs final move-out ledger audits, validates charges and adjustments, and ensures security deposit dispositions comply with company policies, state regulations, and statutory deadlines.

Working closely with District Operations, Construction, Utilities, Central Operations, Accounting, and other business partners, this position resolves account discrepancies, and ensures consistent application of move-out charge policies. The ideal candidate combines property management expertise, sound judgment, attention to detail, and knowledge of multi-state landlord-tenant requirements.
