Care Coordination: Schedule patient procedures and surgeries, collaborate with surgical vendors, and manage physician block times.

Administrative Excellence: Uphold data integrity within Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and coordinate complex insurance prior authorizations. Compliance & Safety: Protect patient privacy and maintain strict compliance with OSHA and The Joint Commission (TJC) standards.

Qualifications

& Requirements Experience: 1+ years of direct patient care experience preferred. Diverse Backgrounds: We welcome transferable skills from STNAs, Phlebotomists, CNAs, or Pharmacy Technicians.

Education

Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program is a plus; equivalent clinical experience is highly valued.
