Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2019 and currently lead a team of six. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member, which gave me a strong foundation for serving our customers and leading my own agency. I'm a proud lifelong resident of Toccoa, a wife and mother of two, and enjoy staying involved in my children's activities, reading, and spending time with my family.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As an Account Associate for {{ account.name }}, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
