Senior Sales Coordinator

About the Role

The Senior Sales Coordinator will support the Sales and Sales Support organization by managing day-to-day Salesforce (SFDC) processes, sales contracts, order workflows, lead and opportunity management, and CRM data quality. The role will ensure accurate and timely execution of sales processes, including contract and order validation, Salesforce user support, data maintenance, UAT testing, and training.

The incumbent will work closely with Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, Legal, Operations and IT teams to resolve operational and system-related issues. Location: BKC (4 days, on-site) and Turbhe, Navi Mumbai (1 day, on-site)
