The ideal candidate will be responsible for deburring gear teeth and ensuring all gears meet quality standards through precise finishing techniques.

Responsibilities

Deburr gear teeth using various hand tools such as files, brushes, and buggers. Sharpen and file gears to remove burrs and imperfections. Use bugger, files, or brushes effectively to clean and finish gears. Inspect gears carefully to ensure burrs are completely removed and quality standards are met. Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times. Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in deburring gear teeth and finishing processes. Proficient in using files, buggers, brushes, and other hand tools for burr removal. Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality gear finishing. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
