Account Manager, Commercial Lines

The Account Manager, Commercial Lines will manage and develop commercial insurance accounts, delivering tailored coverage solutions and risk management support to meet diverse client needs.

This role combines client relationship management, renewal strategy, insurance marketing, and policy administration to ensure high-quality service and long-term account retention. You will coordinate renewal processes, negotiate pricing and policy terms, explain coverage options, and identify opportunities to expand existing accounts through additional products and services.

Working closely with clients, insurers, vendors, and internal service teams, you will help ensure accurate documentation, timely policy delivery, and effective risk protection.
