Maintanence Coordinator

AJRE is committed to the pursuit of excellence and will continue evaluating ways to strengthen policies and practices to promote the interests of shareholders, partners, and employees. •⁠ ⁠Coordinate daily maintenance activities with technicians, supervisors and contractors. •⁠ ⁠Receive, record, assign and follow up on maintenance complaints/work orders.

•⁠ ⁠Monitor the progress and completion of preventive and corrective maintenance. •⁠ ⁠Coordinate access requirements for contractors and service providers. •⁠ ⁠Follow up on pending maintenance works and ensure timely closure. •⁠ ⁠Assist the Facility Manager in daily site inspections. Preventive Maintenance Coordination •⁠ ⁠Coordinate planned preventive maintenance schedules.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain records of completed PM activities. •⁠ ⁠Identify overdue PM activities and report them to the Facility Manager. Reporting •⁠ ⁠Prepare daily/weekly/monthly facility activity reports. •⁠ ⁠Maintain complaint and work-order tracking sheets. •⁠ ⁠Prepare pending-work and contractor-progress reports. •⁠ ⁠Assist with quotations, material requirements and work completion documentation.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate Excel records for maintenance activities and assets. Bachelors Degree or Engineering or Technical Diplomo holders minimum 5 years experience in Kuwait with similar work
