Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

ite Path Behavioral Health is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and motivated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our growing outpatient healthcare team. We are currently seeking one FNP for our Queen Creek location and one FNP for our Tempe location, or one FNP who is willing to provide services at both locations. This is a part-time, 1099 independent contractor opportunity for an FNP interested in working within an outpatient behavioral health setting and helping us expand access to integrated medical and behavioral healthcare services. The ideal candidate is comfortable practicing independently within their scope while collaborating with behavioral health clinicians, psychiatric providers, and other members of the treatment team.
