Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with business users to understand operational challenges and requirements.
Design and implement IT solutions to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and quality.
Utilize Excel macros, Access macros, and other tools to standardize and streamline business processes.
Leverage SAP, Microsoft 365, and other business applications to optimize operations.
Evaluate existing business processes and propose improvements through digitization and automation.
Work with local and global IT teams, vendors, and business functions to deliver effective solutions.
Prepare business requirement documents, business process documentation, user manuals, and training materials.
Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and drive continuous improvement activities.
Provide end-user support and promote best practices for IT tools and business processes.
Participate in system implementation projects (IT and OT), Poka-Yoke initiatives, and change management activities.
Ensure that implemented solutions comply with company policies, security requirements, and global standards.
