3 or more years of commercial construction assistant project management experience, or 2 or more years of commercial construction project management experience Commercial ground-up construction experience is required Experience managing project budgets, construction schedules, and subcontractor coordination Vertical construction project experience is preferred Ability to manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment Proficiency with Excel, Smartsheet, and Bluebeam Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Working knowledge of construction safety standards, building codes, and industry practices Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Alvarado, TX OSHA 30 certification preferred, or willingness to obtain certification with company support Commercial Interior Solutions & Construction, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
