As a Server, you’ll play an important role in delivering exceptional hospitality, anticipating guest needs, and ensuring every visit to Victory Tap

Responsibilities

Welcome guests with a friendly attitude and provide menus while creating a positive first impression. Accurately take food and beverage orders and communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar teams. Offer menu recommendations and answer questions about food and beverage selections. Deliver food and drinks promptly, accurately, and with attention to detail.

Check in with guests throughout their visit to ensure satisfaction and address any needs. Process payments accurately and efficiently using the POS system. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining area. Work closely with fellow team members to ensure smooth service and an exceptional guest experience.

Requirements

At least 2 years of serving experience in an upscale or well-established restaurant. Current TABC and Food Handler certifications. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Excellent attention to detail, organization, and multitasking skills. A positive, team-first attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality.
