**Job Summary:**The Server Assistant at our establishment plays a vital role in supporting the seamless flow of restaurant operations. They work closely with the servers to deliver exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. This position goes beyond traditional busser and bar back responsibilities to provide invaluable assistance to the serving team.Responsibilities:- Collaborate with servers to set and maintain dining areas, ensuring they are clean, organized, and properly set up.

• Assist servers in delivering food to tables promptly and accurately.
• Clear tables efficiently and reset them for the next guests, paying close attention to detail.
• Support server needs during service, such as refilling drinks, providing additional utensils, and addressing guest requests swiftly.
• Work proactively to anticipate and meet the needs of guests and servers alike.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the dining areas.
• Communicate effectively with the serving team to ensure smooth coordination and exceptional customer service.

• Post-hire certification in Food Handling and Responsible Beverage Service.

• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
