The Opportunity Mc. Elhanney is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in Vancouver as Fleet and Equipment Coordinator . This role presents an excellent opportunity for a n individual with a background supporting surveying , construction, engineering , or warehouse and fleet coordination. Our ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and works well as part of a diverse team.

What Y ou’ll D o Manage company vehicle fleet dealing with tracking and maintenance of on-road and off-road vehicles Manage and t rack equipment location and storage using spreadsheets or other software Organizing maintenance and service Purchasing and deploying new equipment Liaising with Survey Manager and s taff to address needs of people and project s.

What Y ou’ll B ring Ability to work independently and tak e ownership of tasks Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required. Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working with vehicles, equipment, and tools. Experience with pulling a trailer and loading and unloading ATV’s and s nowmobiles. Experience using Trimble survey equipment and software is an asset.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High productivity, attention to detail, and an ability to work well as a team player Experience with Asset lifecycle management and i nventory control Fleet coordination and compliance Warehouse operations and compliance Equipment logistics and p reventative maintenance Asset tracking systems What Can We Offer You?

The salary range for this position is $ 7 0 ,000 - $ 9 5 ,000 per annum. Mc. Elhanney offers fair compensation that is commensurate with the individual’s education, experience, skills, and professional qualifications. The posted base salary/wage range is representative of the required level of qualifications and experience for the position as noted in the job posting.
