Your Opportunity: As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Home Care, you will provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care to clients in their homes and community settings within Vermilion, Alberta and surrounding areas. Description: As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will be responsible for providing nursing care to clients, residents, and families in accordance with the Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics of the College of LPNs and HCAs of Alberta (CLHA). You will perform nursing interventions within your scope of practice and participate in assessment, care planning, implementation, and evaluation in alignment with ALA policies, procedures, and standards of care.

42 Vehicle Requirement: Driver's License, Vehicle Required Required Qualifications: Completion of an accredited practical nurse education program. Preferred Qualifications

Connect Care experience. Home Care experience greater than 1 year (New Grads welcome to apply). Lower Leg Assessment and Compression Education. Knowledge of the CCHSS. Palliative Care experience.
