MIS Executive

As an MIS Executive, you will play a vital role in our organization's back-office operations. Your primary focus will be on managing and optimizing our Management Information Systems, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. You will work closely with various teams to gather requirements, develop and implement MIS solutions, and provide timely and accurate reports.

Your expertise will contribute to the overall success and growth of our company. Develop and maintain efficient MIS systems and processes. Collect, analyze, and interpret data to generate insightful reports. Collaborate with teams to understand their MIS needs and provide tailored solutions. Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing robust data validation methods.

Design and implement automated processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual errors. Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement. Provide training and support to users on MIS tools and best practices. Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to enhance our MIS capabilities. Work closely with the IT team to resolve technical issues and ensure system stability.

Contribute to the development of MIS strategies and long-term plans. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar MIS Executive role. Strong proficiency in database management and SQL queries. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is preferred. Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, R) is an advantage. Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools is desirable. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
