Craft Trainer

The Craft Trainer is responsible for delivering high-quality craft and safety training for electricians across the company. This delivers classroom, on-the-job, and blended learning programs that align with company standards and industry best practices. The Craft Trainer provides direct field support, assists in licensing and certification preparation, and plays a critical role in building the skills and confidence of our workforce.

This position requires extensive travel and the ability to operate effectively in a variety of conditions.
