They provide a vast array of operations and settings to ensure the lowest energy consumption for hot water services, saving residential homeowners thousands of dollars per year. Due to an increased demand for their services, they are now seeking to employ an additional Field Sales Representative to work across regional Victoria.

The Position… The position primarily includes communicating with residential clients to offer energy-efficient improvements to their homes. As part of the government's rebates program, the company offers free upgrades to households and as a result, there is no compelling reason in this role to sell; instead, it is more in the nature of lead generation where customers receive their hot water systems for free.

The Ideal Candidate… The ideal candidate will have previous B2C door knocking experience, along with the following; The ability to travel across regional Victoria. Confident to work autonomously, coupled with a self-assured capacity to perform. Demonstration of exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
