Responsibilities

Provide nursing care in accordance with resident care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor residents’ health and report changes promptly Collaborate with caregivers and families to ensure comprehensive care Maintain accurate and timely documentation Promote a safe, clean, and supportive environment Requirements Valid Ohio LPN license High School Diploma or equivalent Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of compassion Ability to pass a pre-employment background check Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen Life Enriching Communities is an equal opportunity employer committed to workplace diversity and compliance with the applicable provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
