Part-Time In-Home Caregiver – 4-Hour Shifts | Arlington Heights, IL

Open Arms Solutions is seeking a reliable, compassionate Caregiver to provide in-home care for a client in Arlington Heights.

Schedule:

• 4-hour shifts (11:30 am to 3:30 pm)
• Part-time opportunity
• Schedule may vary based on client needs

Caregiver Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate, one-on-one care in the client's home
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care as needed
• Provide companionship and engage the client in appropriate activities
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and other care needs as directed
• Follow the client's care plan and company guidelines
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
• Experience in home care, CNA/HHA, assisted living, nursing home, DSP, or a similar setting
• Reliable transportation to client assignments
• Ability to provide hands-on personal care
• Strong communication and reliability
• Willingness to work a consistent schedule based on client need
