Title Solutions Specialist / Post Closer

The primary role of the Title Solution Specialist it to support the post-closing department. To close deals and help increase the company's revenues and profitability.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Receive file after closed and review all the documents to make sure all signed, dated and notarized correctly and send executed closing documents back to lender. Review legal description on title, mortgage, deed and survey to make sure that all match. Assist with recording preparation, recording and posting payments in Simplifile.

Make copies of all invoices and checks and mail them out accordingly. Review, scan and send final endorsements and/or title policies. Monitor files for post-closing requirement matters (ex: partial releases and/or satisfactions). Once title policy comes in, prepare cover sheet to send to the lender and/or owner and mail out with recorded documents.

Assist in curative resolutions of title matters. Prepare and send invoices as directed Manage Post Closing general inbox, responding to incoming mail in a timely manner Submit policy remittance payments EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE High School Diploma is required. Strong organizational skills and time management skills Ability to establish and maintain strongrelationships Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Soft.
