General Counsel

The General Counsel serves as Equify Financial’s chief legal advisor and strategic partner to the CEO and executive leadership team. This role leads all legal matters across the commercial finance platform, including secured lending, equipment finance, asset-based lending, restructurings, portfolio risk management, strategic transactions, and regulatory compliance.

The General Counsel advises on transaction structuring, legal risk, complex disputes, governance, and business initiatives, delivering practical guidance that supports growth and informed decision-making. The successful candidate will have strong commercial finance experience and will oversee outside counsel, ensuring specialized legal matters are managed effectively, efficiently, and in alignment with business objectives today.
