Steven Hyundai, part of the growing, family-owned Steven Automotive Group, is looking for a driven Service Advisor who knows how to take care of customers, build relationships, and keep the Service Department moving. If you’re experienced, motivated, and ready for an opportunity where your performance can directly impact your income, we want to talk to you! The Opportunity As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the key connection between our customers and our Service Department. You’ll help customers understand their vehicle’s needs, recommend services and repairs, communicate with technicians, and make sure every customer receives a great experience.

What You'll Do

Build strong relationships with customers and earn their trust. Write accurate repair orders and identify service needs. Recommend maintenance and repairs based on customer needs and technician findings. Clearly explain repairs, pricing, and timelines. Keep customers informed throughout the repair process. Work closely with technicians and Service Management.

Obtain authorization for additional repairs. Review completed work and ensure a smooth vehicle delivery.
