Pay range
$18 to $21 an hour.
Overview
Assist patients, physicians, and insurance reps for inbound calls. Troubleshoot case issues and manage resolutions to completion. Act as a patient advocate by providing information and education on health insurance benefits, insurance billing, and the reimbursement process.
Hours are Monday – Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm.
