Production Manager

1.Develop and implement production plans, coordinate production processes, and ensure that production tasks are completed on time. 2.Be responsible for preparing and executing production budgets, and effectively manage the use of labor, materials, and equipment resources. 3 Establish and optimize production processes, quality control systems, and cost control mechanisms.

4.Be responsible for building, training, evaluating, and motivating the production team, as well as handling personnel-related matters. 5.Oversee the production process, promptly identify and resolve production issues, and drive continuous improvement. 6.Organize and participate in production-related meetings (such as GPQ meetings) to drive problem resolution and prevention.

7.Ensure that production activities comply with safety, environmental, and occupational health requirements, and implement relevant company policies. 8.Prepare and maintain production reports, personnel records, and related documentation. 9.Promote lean manufacturing, reduce production cycles, and improve energy efficiency.
