Baker Job Description A baker is responsible for preparing and baking a variety of baked goods, such as bread, cakes, pastries, and pies. They must be able to follow recipes and measure ingredients accurately to ensure consistent quality. Bakers must also be able to operate and maintain baking equipment, such as ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters.

Responsibilities
