Lead .NET Engineer

We are seeking a talented and driven Lead .NET Engineer to join our dynamic team and play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing software functionalities using .NET frameworks. Responsibilities

Follow industry standards and best practices for .NET development to ensure high-quality deliverables Ensure clean, maintainable, and scalable code throughout the development lifecycle Apply proven design patterns and adhere to SOLID principles to enhance software quality and maintainability Develop new system functionalities utilizing AI tools like Claude Code and DevinAI Research advancements in AI technologies and integrate them into systems to enhance capabilities Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless integration and effective implementation of new features Create and maintain unit tests for robust code reliability and functionality Participate in code reviews and effectively address defects to maintain standards Mentor and guide team members to resolve technical challenges efficiently Offer UI development support in ReactJS when required to improve user interface and experience Align system functionalities with business requirements, including familiarity with the education domain when applicable Requirements Proficiency in .

NET development, SQL, and ReactJS with a minimum of 5+ years of experience Solid understanding of design patterns and SOLID principles for software development Expertise in AI technologies such as Claude Code and DevinAI or willingness to learn and implement AI solutions Strong debugging, unit testing, and problem-solving skills Capability to mentor and collaborate effectively with team members Knowledge of the education domain to provide aligned insights into project needs English proficiency at B2 level or higher
