The Role We are looking for an HR Intern to support the HR team across recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations and people initiatives. This role will provide hands-on exposure to different areas of Human Resources and is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive and interested in building a career in HR.

What You'll Do

Support the HR team in day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities . Assist with recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination and candidate communication. Maintain and update employee records, HR trackers and HRMS data. Support onboarding and exit processes, ensuring required documentation and activities are completed on time.

Assist in preparing HR reports, MIS and employee-related data. Support employee engagement activities, events and internal communication initiatives. Assist with employee surveys and HR feedback initiatives. Support the HR team in coordinating training, learning and development activities. Assist in preparing HR letters, documents, reports and other employee communication.

Support payroll and attendance-related activities by coordinating with relevant teams and maintaining accurate data. Help ensure HR processes and documentation are followed consistently. Conduct basic research on HR practices, policies, compensation trends and employee engagement initiatives. Assist with HR projects, process improvements and automation initiatives.

Handle other HR-related activities and projects as assigned. What We'll Need Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Commerce or a related field. Strong interest in Human Resources and people management . Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organisational and coordination skills. Good working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality. Proactive, dependable and willing to take ownership of assigned tasks. Ability to work effectively with employees and stakeholders across different functions.

Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Good to Have Prior internship or project experience in HR, recruitment, employee engagement or people operations . Familiarity with HRMS/HR tools such as Keka or similar platforms. Exposure to recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn or job portals. Experience organising college events, student clubs or engagement initiatives.

Basic understanding of HR processes and employment practices. What You'll Gain Hands-on exposure to end-to-end HR and employee lifecycle processes .
