What You’ll Do Set Up & Operate CNC Routers: Process raw stock using 3-axis CNC routers, hand routers, deburring tools, and pocketing equipment to manufacture precision parts. Read Prints & Work Orders: Review job travelers, bills of materials, and technical drawings to pull and machine correct parts. Quality Inspection & Tooling: Verify output with tape measures and calipers, perform quality checks, and change CNC tooling as needed. Drive Team Goals: Collaborate with team members across the shop floor to meet daily production targets safely and efficiently. What We’re Looking For: Technical & Measurement Skills: Ability to read a tape measure, use calipers, and interpret technical drawings and bills of materials. Machining Aptitude: Experience operating 3-axis CNC routers, performing tool changeovers, and conducting basic machine maintenance is preferred. Safety & Teamwork: Commitment to safety protocols, wearing required PPE, maintaining a clean work area, and communicating effectively with leadership and peers. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive machining tasks safely.
