Requirements

Required – Technical Skills Strong experience facilitating business transformation initiatives through ERP implementation and optimization. Extensive experience in SAP Finance solutions, including financial accounting, controlling, and enterprise finance processes. Expertise in business process mapping, fit-gap analysis, process optimization, and solution design.

Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements. Proven ability to prepare functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements. Experience collaborating with ABAP teams to deliver technical solutions aligned with business requirements. Strong knowledge of financial processes, including: General Ledger (GL) Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Asset Accounting (AA) Cost Center Accounting Profitability Analysis Financial Closing Processes Strong understanding of controlling methodologies and financial performance management.

Knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, tax regulations, and localization requirements. Experience supporting all project phases including: Requirements gathering Solution design Configuration Testing Deployment Go-Live Support Hypercare and Production Support Experience working with SAP Business AI and intelligent finance solutions.

Knowledge of Generative AI capabilities within SAP environments, including: Joule SAP BTP AI Core AI Launchpad Experience applying AI-driven solutions to financial process automation, predictive analytics, and decision support. Ability to design scalable functional and technical solutions aligned with business strategy.

Responsibilities

(Activities to Perform) Facilitate business transformation processes through the implementation and adoption of ERP solutions aligned with organizational strategy. Analyze business requirements and design scalable SAP Finance solutions. Lead business process mapping and gap analysis activities. Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to define future-state processes.

Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP teams for custom developments. Configure and support SAP Finance and Controlling solutions. Design and validate functional solutions that comply with financial regulations and corporate standards. Support testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing, and deployment validation.

Provide post-go-live support and stabilization activities. Lead knowledge transfer sessions and user enablement initiatives. Advise stakeholders on best practices related to finance transformation and process optimization. Drive the adoption of intelligent finance capabilities through SAP Business AI solutions. Evaluate opportunities to leverage Generative AI technologies such as Joule, SAP BTP AI Core, and AI Launchpad.

Support initiatives focused on financial automation, predictive analytics, and enhanced decision-making. Collaborate with business, technical, architecture, and project management teams to ensure successful delivery. Contribute to solution governance, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Required Languages English: Upper Intermediate (High Intermediate) required.

Strong verbal and written communication skills for interaction with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
