Utility Project Engineer

Job Summary： Utility project engineer provides designs, proposals and qualifications for construction projects regarding Plumbing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering.

III. Job Functions and Duties NO. Representative Duties 1 Responsible for organizing the Engineering Department to review the qualifications, design content and design proposals for utility projects, and conducting the reevaluation and approval. 2 Responsible for organizing the Engineering Department to audit construction drawings of utility projects, track and supervise the application and approval status of safety, environmental protection, and construction permits.

3 Responsible for on-site supervision of construction based on the design drawings approved by the Engineering Department. 4 Responsible for managing, documenting, and assisting in resolving various unforeseen issues at construction sites. 5 Responsible for organizing and coordinating with the Engineering Department for on-site confirmation of infrastructure project quantities, material/equipment acceptance supervision, concealed work acceptance, design changes, and project acceptance inspection, etc.

Qualification Job Requirements Language Bilingual Proficiency: English and Mandarin. -Ability to read, understand and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.

Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. -A high level of proficiency in English, including speaking, reading, and writing. Experience 1 to 3 years manufacturing experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.

Education
