Provider (MD, DO, NP or PA)

This Licensed Medical Provider works with the medical director to provide medical care to patients being cared for in the SUDS service line at CCC including medical care to individuals enrolled in residential treatment services and withdrawal management in a variety of different settings

A strong background in mental health and addiction medicine is preferred, as well as experience working with homeless and underserved populations.
