The ideal candidate will ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of our passengers during flights, providing exceptional service and support. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude.

Requirements

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or hospitality role. Previous experience as a Flight Attendant is preferred but not mandatory. Must possess a valid Flight Attendant certification from an accredited training program. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team. Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations. Must be willing to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays. Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

Conduct pre-flight safety checks and ensure all emergency equipment is in working order. Assist passengers with boarding and deplaning, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Provide excellent customer service by addressing passenger inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during the flight. Serve food and beverages to passengers, adhering to company policies and safety regulations. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures throughout the duration of the flight. Perform emergency procedures as needed, including first aid and evacuation protocols. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cabin and galley areas.
