About the Role
The Office Administrator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office environment. Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in office administration or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline. Experience with office management software and tools such as Google Workspace or project management platforms. Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Prior experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Responsibilities
Manage and organize office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for staff and management. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary to avoid shortages.
Prepare, file, and manage important documents and records in compliance with company policies. Assist in onboarding new employees by preparing workstations and facilitating orientation processes. Support the finance department with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking. Collaborate with various departments to support special projects and company events.
